Eugene C. Holloway

Gene Holloway graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy and, after two tours as a finance officer, left the Navy to attend law school, where he earned his Juris Doctor and a Master of Laws in Administrative Law and Economic Regulation. Over his 35 year career as a business lawyer, he has represented Fortune 500 clients and served as general counsel for corporations that manufacture and sell consumer and industrial products. He has published editorial articles on U.S. monetary history and has lectured on a variety of legal topics, including technical writing, intellectual property, competition and economic regulation.
